MY REVIEW................ (DESIRED AFFLICTION 1)

I was given an ARC for a honest review and honest it will be.

I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!  There are sooooo many powerful emotions and a very tough and touchy subject that is handled with finesse from the author.

Your heart goes out to Lexi and all that she is trying to overcome and feeling alienated and suffocating.  Some of us might be able to relate, others will try to empathize.............end result:  Lexi's struggle will touch your heart.

Lexi has a best friend that stands by her side throughout Thick and Thin!!!  (Some might wish that they had a loyal friend like her!) 

Lexi's struggles make this book very touching and watching her try to keep Kole at a distance makes it a very interesting book.  There is never a dull moment throughout the book.





MY REVIEW.................... (DESIRED AFFLICTION 2)


I was given an ARC of the 2nd installment in this story.................and it does not fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!


The story picks up 3 years from where it ended in Desired Affliction 1.

The main characters are all in this story (Lexi, Kole, Megan and Radley) and a few other key players are thrown in for good measure.


Lexi and Kole are moving on and when you think that the struggles and pain are over and done with...........new twists and turns are popping up.  Some you see coming, others just blow you away.


Again, I might sound repetitive but it was a GREAT continuation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I loved Lexi's courage and
gentle side.............she reminds me of someone I know.   :)


C.A. Harms has outdone herself once more.   She never fails to surprise or please me with her books.
